Valencia is a real estate associate with Exit Bennett Realty. She brings to Exit great client relationship management experience with a focus on building lasting relationships. Her attention to detail, time management and active listening skills assist her in maintaining a successful real estate career. Valencia provides her clients with a high level of commitment, accessibility, and knowledge, along with a great passion for real estate. She understands that finding a new home or selling your current one is not simply a business transaction but an emotional experience, as well. Valencia grew up in Prince George\'s County and currently resides in Bowie. She enjoys traveling, hanging out at the beach, hosting gathering for friends and family, outdoor concerts and trying out new recipes. Valencia earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from University of Maryland University College, and she is an active member of the Women\'s Council of Realtors, Prince George\'s County Chapter (Secretary, 2015-16) and the Affordable Housing Committee of the Prince George\'s County Association of Realtors.
