Terms of Service

Terms:  Application fee is not refundable. You hereby authorize MTI to process your payment and a future monthly subscription fee to the payment method provided on this secure form.  By submitting your order, you the Buyer, acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.  Your subscription entitles you to one listing as a service provider in one category.  This listing includes your business name, address, phone, e-mail and website.  It also includes a brief description of services, any social media links you would like to provide and the ability post approved blog posts on a weekly basis.  You also understand that the subscription fee allows you to remain on the www.USProbateServices.org website as long as your account is in good standing.  There is no contractual obligation and you may cancel at any time, by e-mailing your cancellation to  molly@usprobateservices.org AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR BILLING DATE.
